V Oil & Gas is a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware in 2020, operating in energy and hydrocarbons.
The company structures and operates hydrocarbon projects across the asset lifecycle: reactivation and production, the capital behind it, procurement and the route to market — under a single accountable operator.
Every operation is designed to comply with the applicable licences and authorisations of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Department of the Treasury, alongside the legislation of the host country.
That framework is stated first because it determines whether an operation can exist at all.
